Shri R. Natarajan

Shri R. Natarajan is a qualified finance professional and a certified black belt in Six Sigma by Motorola University.

He is having vast experience and held proven leadership roles in Organizational Building and Scaling, Governance and Compliance with over 30 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting, Taxation, Planning, Sales & Marketing, and HR.

He is co-founder of Foundation Partners, started in July 2018, a Management Advisory Firm, advising companies on scaling, governance and profitability.

He is currently advising 18 companies across stage and across sectors.

Prior to this he worked as Chief Operating Officer at UC RNT Fund, a fund jointly sponsored by Late Shri Ratan Tata and University of California and managing USD 400 Mn. He also worked as Managing Director in Helion Ventures, a VC Firm with Asset Under Management of over USD 1 Bn for 10 years.

He also worked in various leadership roles at Tavant Technologies Inc, US, and Wipro for 13 years.

His expertise and knowledge in various fields reflect from Board position held by him in various Organization like Navdhan Capital, Navi Technologies Private Ltd, Virtusa Consulting Services India Board, Barbeque Nation Hospitality.

He also is currently associated with Udhyam Foundation, Bethany High School & Christ University as a Board Member.

He is also acting as Treasurer and Audit Committee Chairman is PHFI (Public Health Foundation India).
