One of the key objectives of ASREC is to develop an active and vibrant Distress and Restructured Debt instruments market in India.

ASREC offers multiple opportunities for investors in the Indian non performing assets market in  acquisition, pre-resolution, resolution and post resolution stages of the asset work-out and become a partner in the Indian financial sector reforms. ASREC seeks investor participation both in single non performing asset and in portfolio of non performing assets. In addition to investment in security receipts issued by various Trusts floated by ASREC, investors can invest by way of take-out financing, mezzanine financing, capital infusion and priority debt funding.
