ASREC acquires non-performing assets (NPAs) from the Banks / Financial Institutions / Others along with the underlying securities mortgaged and /or hypothecated by the borrowers to the lenders. The assets secured by the borrowers include manufacturing facilities like land, building, plant & machineries, current assets and collateral like personal properties.
