Mr. Rajesh Bichitkar, as Chief Legal Officer of ASREC (India) Limited heads the Legal and Compliance wing of the company and also oversees the litigation, strategic steps to be initiated. He is Bachelor in Commerce and Law graduate from Mumbai University with Post-Graduate Diploma in Finance Management (PGDFM) from L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. Mr. Rajesh also received CFE Certification from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), USA. With specialisation in Recovery Laws including SARFAESI, RDDBFI, IBC, etc, Mr Rajesh has over 15 years experience in handling matters in various fora. With an overall experience of around 17 years in NBFC/ARC field, Mr Rajesh is adept in ensuring that the Company is provided with the best possible legal support. Pursuant to RBI Ombudsman Scheme 2021, he has been appointed as Principal Nodal Officer of the Company having overall responsibility to address the customer complaints if any. He handles Legal and Compliances Departments for the Company.
