Mr. V.K. Shunglu, IAS Retd. & Ex- Comptroller & Auditor General Of India, is the Chairman of ASREC (India) Limited. He obtained B.A. (Honors) in Economics- St. Stephens College – New Delhi & M.A. in History, University of Delhi.

Dr. N.L. Mitra is Ex- Vice Chancellor of National Law University of Jodhpur. He received his Masters degree in Commerce, Masters in Law & PHD & Certificate in Human Rights from Strasbourg- France.

Mr. B.A. Prabhakar is a Chartered Accountant having vast experience of 31 years, working in Bank of Baroda, Bank of India and Andhra Bank in various capacities in India and aborad.

Dr. K.P. Krishnan served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) for 37 years and superannuated on 31/12/2019. In his IAS career he has served in various positions in the Government of Karnataka, Government of India and at the World Bank. Besides field positions like District Collector Mangalore, he served in Government of Karnataka departments dealing with agriculture, co-operatives and marketing, urban development and infrastructure, commercial taxes and finance.

Mr. B. P. Vijayendra is a career central banker with almost three and a half decades experience having served as a Regional Director and Principal Chief General Manager, Reserve Bank of India. He has vast experience in the areas of bank supervision, audit and inspection, risk management, etc. He has headed several important departments such as rural credit, currency management, inspection, etc. in RBI. He also served as a Director on the Boards of five public sector banks and a mini-ratna company of the Government of India. He has been associated with many committees and is widely travelled; having addressed conferences on diverse areas related to banking in several countries of the world.

Mr. Bhaskara Rao Kare is a BA, CAIIB-I and Adv. Management. Shri Bhaskara Rao Kare has vast experience of 30 years in the Banking Industry. Shri Bhaskara Rao Kare is currently working as General Manager, Union Bank of India.

Shri Venkatachalam Anand is a highly qualified professional with a Master’s in Law (LLM) from Cochin University of Science and Technology, he also owns a diploma in cyber law. Currently he holds the position of General Manager at Bank of India – Head office, where his leadership and extensive experience contribute to the bank’s strategic growth and success. He has a vast 20+ years of experience in the Banking Industry. In past he was the Zonal manager of Kerala (2014-16).

Mr. Girish Sharan Sinha has focused on Stressed Asset Management and financial market during his 16- year career. He started his profession, in ARC industry, with M/S Asrec (India) Limited (ASREC), where he streamlined and spearheaded the asset reconstruction business of the Company. He was also instrumental in setting & implementing ASREC’s IT strategy.
