Mr. Angad Kumar Roy is the Key Managerial Person and Chief Financial Officer of ASREC (India) Limited. Mr. Angad, who has been with the company since 2011 was previously associated with various companies like; Apar Industries Limited, National Small Industries Corporation, Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited etc. in the various capacity. In this role, he oversees Fund Management, Compliances, Audit, Taxation, Budgetary Control, System Development and Business Development.

Mr. Angad has over 12 years of experience across finance functions and operation in various industries namely ARC, Power, Energy and Finance. He is also a widely reader of Industry related Indian Laws, Indian GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards (IndAS) and has an unfathomable empathetic of the Industry and ARCs business in India. He is also the guest speaker to the Indian Audit and Accounts Department (CA&G) and to a Business Institutes in Mumbai. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Vinoba Bhave University (Ranchi University Ranchi).
